Sam has lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. He started in the real estate business in 2005 where he was investing in buying, renovating, and selling homes. Once he realized the joy the buyers and sellers had at the end of each transaction, he decided that this is what he wanted to do – helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate dreams. And so, for 14 years now he has helped hundreds of clients purchase and sell homes in the North Carolina and South Carolina area. With 12 years in management and marketing, he likes to utilize creative marketing methods to help his clients realize their dreams. This also helps him in ensuring all vendors in the transaction are on schedule for a timely closing. He is a strong proponent of always educating himself in the most up-to-date way to better serve his clients and that’s why he takes various kinds of continuing education courses; including webinars relating to mortgage programs.
