Sandee is a remarkable human. She is knowledgeable, kind, fair and fun. Even though she made it clear she was representing the seller, she inspired enough trust that we didn't obtain our own realtor. We have not been disappointed with our choice. Sandee followed through on every promise and often folded up her sleeves and jumped in to do manual repairs herself.
She's just amazing.

There's challenges and work involved with selling any property. Trying to sell one where involved parties are spread across multiple states is next to impossible to coordinate. Franky, I don't think we could have pulled it off without Sandee. She didn't just go the extra mile for us, she organized and ran the marathon to pull this off. Ms. Sandee Khoury and her team at Real Estate South and Associates are very professional and knowledgeable about the fast-changing real estate market. We could not be happier or more satisfied that we chose them to list our home and represent us. We were very anxious because we were already living in another state and had limited time to come back and get the house ready for sale. The Real Estate South team gave us great advice and even helped us clear out donation items and yard waste to keep us on track given our tight schedule. I have known Sandee Khoury for several years. She has sold two houses for me in the past three years. On both occasions I received a higher offer than I ever expected. Both properties were under contract in less then 24 hours. She was of great help in getting the properties ready to sell and handling potential problems prior to closing. Since February, 2020, Sandee has been the agent for the sale of 4 of my properties, all in and around Macon, GA. While property values have increased and sales have gone up, the process of selling real estate since the last time I did it has become more complicated and Sandee knows it all and when she does not know she says so immediately. She also knows the technical aspects of the current market prices and conditions. I had an open lot, two rental houses and my main residence all these properties were very different from each other and Sandee was able to discern their individual value and also able to bring buyers in to an attractive setting she helped create. Sandee also has several reliable contractors to do updates and repairs on properties specifically focused on making the best possible impression on buyers.
