Sandi Briggs

Sandi has been a realtor since 1999, selling residential properties in Washington State, with Prudential Northwest Real Estate. Her first year in the industry, she won the Prudential Rookie of the Year Award. In subsequent years, she consistently received the Prudential Leading Edge Award, and progressed up to the top level of the President’s Circle Award.

After relocating to beautiful San Diego, she transitioned into commercial property management, then returned back to her true love of helping people in the purchase and sale of their homes!

Her experience over the years has given her the opportunity to enable her purchasing clients achieve their dream of homeownership. For her selling clients, she always tries to provide a pain-free experience, and to help them obtain the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time.
