Sandi Denny

Sandi has lived in Southern Maryland since 1964. She and her husband Bob have been residents of Charles County since 1978. She believes that Southern Maryland has been a wonderful place to grow up and to raise a family! Sandi and Bob have three grown children and six grandchildren.

After 15 years of sales and management experience and running her own successful business, Sandi began her Real Estate career in January 1989. She quickly became one of the top agents in her company. She achieved numerous awards for sales, production, and service, including the Quality Service and Quality Service Pinnacle Award, Century 21 Master’s Ruby and Master’s Emerald Awards, Centurion Award and the President’s Award for Centurion Producer and Pinnacle Top Quality Service Award for the past four years. Sandi has been recognized by the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors for numerous Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond awards over the years as well as being a “Life Member” of the Distinguished Sales Club Hall of Fame for sales and production. Sandi holds her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute), her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and her SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ePro, as well.

Along the way in her 36+ year career in home sales, Sandi has been a Relocation Director, managed a CENTURY 21 Office and she also worked with a local custom home builder in Southern Maryland for eight years, thus increasing her knowledge of land acquisition and development. She was able to work with people through all the different stages of designing/building a home from start to finish. Additionally, she has attended many specialized marketing classes over the years to help achieve results for her sellers and buyers.

Sandi has always been a firm believer of giving excellent service to her clients and focusing on their needs. She likes to think of herself and her clients as a “team,” looking to achieve the same goal – the sale or purchase of their home (or both)! Sandi really listens to what her clients are saying and what their needs are and diligently pursues meeting those needs. She has always possessed strong negotiation skills to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals while maintaining a fair, smooth, and friendly transaction for both parties involved.
