I have never seen anyone so responsive day or night in order to get a contract and complete the sale as Sandi. She’s not only a realtor, but a friend. You can’t go wrong with Sandi or her company.

My Name is Mark and my Fiance and I experienced a house fire. After the dealings and all of selling the old property, we were kinda of dealing with this one agent but he didn't seem very interested in helping us. I just so happen to see a house for sale that Sandi Irby of Exit Realty had listed but it was a commercial listing and was out of our reach. Then she asked what I was looking for and I told her the events which led us to her and after our first meeting face to face, my Fiance and I decided that we would choose Sandi to represent. We made a very good choice. She had emails sent to my email for me to look at on a daily basis so I could see what was where and prices. We set up several viewings and finally found on that suited our needs and price range. She worked very closely with my financier to work out details and they both did a Great Job. 5 months later we closed on our new to us house and it all went down like clock work. Sandi was great, she showed my fiancé and I several homes until we found the one. She also connected us with a lender and home inspector that did a great job helping us through the process. Sandi showed us exactly what we asked for in the areas and prices we provided her. She kept us in the loop with what was happening during the pre closing stages and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Sandi did a great job helping us relay our requests to the owners agent and offering us advice. We could not have been happier with a realtor and will recommend her to friends and family.

I was kind of dreading the home buying process in this competitive market, but Sandi took all the intimidation out of it. She listened really well to our needs and nice-to-haves and was such a go-getter for us. It especially helped that she is well networked and we benefitted not just from her help but the lender, inspectors, etc. resources she connected us with as well. We felt so taken care of all around. She was so knowledgeable and negotiated very well for us. We are thrilled to be in our new home that we're in love with, and we have Sandi to thank for it.
