I had property in AR I needed to sell. I live nearly 900 miles from there. I did some research, and even spoke with more than one realtor. Sandra with EXP offered me a price I considered very fair. She had my listing up very quickly.

Being out of state brings it's share of possible difficulties and hurdles to get to closing. Everything encountered was met with professionalism on Sandra's part, and together we worked through every issue quickly and kept the original closing date. Everything handled by Sandra utilized electronic signature, which made things painless. She explained everything very well throughout the process, and the only surprises came from my end, which as I mentioned we worked through as a team.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandra Ballew if you are in need of great service, fair pricing, and dedication to the job at hand. Heck, I feel like I made a new friend!

Coordinating a home search from out of town can be challenging, but Sandra made it so easy, always accommodating our schedule as we traveled in from out of state.
