We had started looking to rent a house on LBI very late in the season. Sandra continued to look for us and found us a cancellation for the week of July 2nd. It was exactly what we wanted,4 bedrooms right on the ocean. During the week Sandra would check in to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and she quickly took care of them.
I have worked with several realtors over the years and Sandra is one of the top ones. She cares about her clients and more importantly listens to their needs.I look forward to working with her again!

Sandra Berrios and I worked together for a year or so before she moved on to become a Realtor. I got to know her and her work ethic really well during the time we worked together, so when it finally came time to buy my first home I absolutely wanted to work with Sandra. She was incredibly helpful and anything she didn’t know, she learned right away. She was available and eager to help. We looked at quite a few houses and she very soon understood my taste and was able to give me lots of choices. When we finally found the house I now live in the whole process was almost effortless and was really quite enjoyable. Sandra seemed like a seasoned pro through the process.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sandra Berrios if you’re looking for a realtor.
