The listing was the second property Sandra has sold for us. Sandra was very always very responsive whenever I reached out to her. She was quick to do the necessary paperwork to get my bid on a house, which is very fast paced in the current market. She walked me through everything I needed to do and reminded me of deadlines. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, making me feel comfortable with the decision I was making. Sandra is an amazing real estate agent! She stepped in for us when her co-worker was unable to meet us the week we were scheduled for a house hunting trip. Sandra was so patient as we had her drive us all over to figure out where we wanted to settle in VA. We're first time sellers and there was a lot to learn and navigate but Sandra made the whole process so much easier! She was always there to answer our calls whether text or phone. About a year ago, we got serious about leaving Connecticut and looking for a home in Virginia. Sandra was recommended to us by our selling agent. We made several trips during the year to explore different neighborhoods with Sandra, but for all that time, we had no definite plans. Sandra was always ready to help. In February, we sold our home and made plans to get serious about buying in Virginia - just about the same time as the pandemic started to spread across the country. We had a very quick trip to see 6 houses in one day and settled on our current purchase before heading back to Connecticut. From there on, it was impossible to travel back for any inspections or local arrangements. Sandra filled the void for us and kept things moving. Everything went according to plan - tough enough without a pandemic.
In short, Sandra knows what it takes to get the job done and I always felt that she "had my back". Thanks!
