Hi, I’m Sandra Burkholder, a Real Estate Advisor with eXp Realty | eXp Luxury. Licensed since 2000, I specialize in luxury and high-end homes, investment real estate, multi-use properties, unique estates, and distinctive residential sales. My background spans more than two decades in real estate and includes commercial due diligence, residential and commercial leasing, property management, high-value home insurance appraisals, and commercial insurance inspections. This experience gives me a sharp eye for detail and the ability to recognize both value and potential in every property. I am also a Certified Luxury Advisor with eXp and an active member of the Lancaster Commercial & Industrial Council, keeping me deeply connected to both the residential and commercial markets in our region.

At home, I share life with my husband Linford Burkholder, who works with Speedwell Construction, and our blended family of biological and adopted children.
