Simply put Sandra Duffy is a 10 star real estate professional on a 5 star scale. My family of 5 recently relocated from Seattle to Northampton after living 15 years in the Seattle area. Sandra Duffy served as our relocation company assigned agent. My wife and I only had one week to carry out house hunting activities in the Bucks County area and some of those days needed to be spent tending to items not related to finding a home. Sandra set aside every minute of her time we requested and more. She was organized, proactive in her efforts to provide us with web based home information well in advance to our week of house hunting, aggressive in getting us access to homes we wanted to view, extremely knowledgeable of the real estate marker, and provided candid and detailed advise on homes we liked. Furthermore, due to Sandra's wealth of experience in the area, she was able to provide us with access to top performing professionals from home inspection to home repair. Most importantly Sandra represented our interests with a patience and professionalism that exceeded all of our expectations. She answered all questions, was timely and responsive to all texts and phone calls both during and after business hours, if she did not have answers readily available she got them for us, she monitored all aspects of the home closing process making sure every detail was executed as understood. And if that were not enough, Sandra was exceptionally kind and patient with our 10 years old son who accompanied us on all home hunting excursions. In the end Sandra facilitated the finding of a home that met 90% of our wish list and did this under very tight time constraints at a home purchase price that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what we expected to spend. Truth be told, Sandra could have spent less time with us, she could have been less accessible, she could have tried to limit the areas we covered, and she could have easily pushed us into a more expensive home saving herself time and increasing her payout at closing. Sandra did none of these things. Instead Sandra provided my wife and I with the rare and extremely valuable client comes first at all times representation.
