Sandra has been an asset to us every since we moved to Kingman AZ. She helped us locate this home and helped get us through the financing and escrow. We made promises to her of things we wanted to do to the house and in the end, I don't think we left anything off that list. She liked how it had transformed from and eh.. house to what it is now.

Nearly 3 years later we are once again asking her for her help in selling the home. She worked great with us to meet our needs. When we thought we might be missing some of the folks out there due to photos we had, she brought in her photographer. Wow.. what a difference and the home went on fire with views. In less than a month, during the cooling down of the fire storm on purchasing, we got 2 offers. Sandra worked with the Realtor of the 2nd offer and right on schedule, we closed. Sandra kept us posted as to any needs from the buyers and also helped us with negotiations on a few odds and ends.

In the end we couldn't be more happy with Sandra's Professional Services in Real Estate.
