About Sandra
Sandra Hachmann-Simic brings a wealth of foreign contacts and multi-cultural experiences to her profession. She lived in Europe and South America for many years and speaks fluent Spanish and German with customers and friends.
A graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio, Sandra has a master's degree from Simmons University in Massachusetts. She has enjoyed the remodeling and sale of numerous homes in different parts of the world as well as in Florida with her husband Dan. Sandra pioneered the historical renovation of the first bank building in the Venice/Nokomis area, which was originally constructed by Dr. Fred Albee in 1923. As a result, Sandra has an in-depth, personal knowledge of city and county government permitting and building codes and procedures.
A broker associate since 2008 and top producer for the past eight years, Sandra is passionate about providing her customers with the personal attention needed to find their dream home, whether their lifestyle is waterfront, golfing or a relaxing getaway in a tropical paradise. Over the years, Sandra has successfully listed and sold numerous properties. She fully understands the process of selling one's home and is committed from beginning to end. Sandra coordinates staging, photography and inspections, and she makes herself readily available to present her listings to buyers and agents. A strong negotiator, Sandra constantly thinks outside the box to ensure a successful transaction and closing. Customer satisfaction, whether representing the seller or buyer, is her top priority.
Sandra and Dan have two daughters, Daniela and Alexandra. Daniela now has a family of her own, and Alex is pursuing a degree in the medical field. Together with Dan, Sandra cherishes time with the family, especially with her two-year-old granddaughter Monika. Her husband Dan owns and runs an antique shop in Nokomis, an interest that they share. She also loves gardening, reading and swimming in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
