Sandra helped me find a rental and honestly, there is no way I could have done this without her. I was looking for something pretty specific and the rental she found for me has exceeded every expectation. She helped me navigate the process and was a pleasure to work with. It is rare to find someone who listens as well as she does is proactive in searching for properties and is always available for questions, big or small. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a rental or buying a house. I look forward to working with her again in a couple years.

As I expected, this experience deserves a resounding 5 stars! I wish I could give more. We toured over 12 properties in a single day thanks to her incredible sense of urgency. I found the perfect place, and she stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, including move-in — well beyond what was necessary. She’s an absolute gem! After working with another fantastic agent for 30 years, I didn’t think anyone could top that. But here we are—5 stars times infinity!

I can’t praise Sandra’s services enough — they are stellar! As I prepare for my relocation from Georgia to Northern Virginia for work, Sandra has been exceptionally prompt and thorough in assisting me with finding a rental home.

We had a comprehensive discussion about my rental needs, and impressively, within just 40 minutes, she had prepared a personalized property portal with 99 homes matching my criteria. By the end of the day, I had selected 12 homes to visit.

Throughout the entire weekend, Sandra kept me updated on home availabilities and swiftly arranged home tours. True to her word, by Monday, she had scheduled the tours ahead of her promised schedule.

I’m looking forward to updating this review which I am sure will be 5 stars based on the thorough and efficient service Sandra has provided thus far.

Sandra helped us help our son find an apartment on a very tight deadline in a pricey and competitive market (guess that describes a lot of places these days). We hadn’t looked for an apartment in years and our son is just out of college. We were an hour or more away and our son was not yet living in the area. She enabled our son to act quickly and guided him through a complicated process. She was constantly available to keep us informed and answer questions. It was a wonderful experience!

Sandra is amazing! We fell into an urgent task of finding an apartment for a loved one who lived over 400 miles away. Sandra was on the ground and came to the rescue -- keeping us updated and informed throughout the process. Sandra is awesome! The first property I viewed I was clearly not the one for me. She went out of her way to find the perfect option for me. She then helped me, and at times walked me through the process, all the way until I was moved in.
