After helping me find a rental (see 9/10/2024 review below), Sandra Ingram Petty was absolutely stellar throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing my new home. She consistently provided everything I needed—guidance, responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine support—from start to finish. Sandra took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that every step of the process was smooth and well-managed. She was always available to answer questions, explain details clearly, and advocate on my behalf, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. Her expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and positive. She also took time to prepare a “welcome to your new home” gift basket with very beautiful useful items. We even had a photoshoot after closing! I am truly grateful for her outstanding service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Update (9/10/2024) —

As I expected, this experience deserves a resounding 5 stars! I wish I could give more. We toured over 12 properties in a single day thanks to her incredible sense of urgency. I found the perfect place, and she stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, including move-in — well beyond what was necessary. She’s an absolute gem! After working with another fantastic agent for 30 years, I didn’t think anyone could top that. But here we are—5 stars times infinity!

I’m looking forward to updating this review which I am sure will be 5 stars based on the thorough and efficient service Sandra has provided thus far.

Sandra helped me find a rental and honestly, there is no way I could have done this without her. I was looking for something pretty specific and the rental she found for me has exceeded every expectation. She helped me navigate the process and was a pleasure to work with. Sandra helped us help our son find an apartment on a very tight deadline in a pricey and competitive market (guess that describes a lot of places these days). We hadn’t looked for an apartment in years and our son is just out of college. We were an hour or more away and our son was not yet living in the area. She enabled our son to act quickly and guided him through a complicated process. She was constantly available to keep us informed and answer questions. It was a wonderful experience!
