I worked with Kacey Lyons through King Home and Land Reality in Craig, CO. She was very helpful in many different directions from tips on how we can move a process forward in selling a home to even helping me fix issues when I was not in town. Even pointed in the right direction for other businesses to help with another process I was faced. Great realty group! They were referred to us by a friend. We live in a different state and were coming to their area that weekend. Greg was phenomenal! In one day he prepared land for us to see and made a plan for us based on what we wanted. He took us onto the mountain property on his own side by side with tracks as the mountain was covered in snow still! The other agent I tried wouldn’t even send us property to look at before hand and then wouldn’t take us around when we were going to be in town. Greg went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. We bought with him that day! We have been very happy with our property and will definitely use Greg again! He is still on the look out for us for some other type of property and regularly checks in to see how things are going! Highly recommend him!

Greg Brewer with King Homes is fantastic! Greg really listened to me when I was explaining what I was looking for. He paid attention to every detail that was important to me. He arranged for me to see several remote properties when other realtors kept requesting that I wait several weeks (because of difficult access). He was very easy to work with and very forthcoming with information. I've bought several homes, but this has been the best experience by far! I would highly recommend Greg Brewer.

My wife and I were looking for an investment property in Fruita, CO and were contacted by Ms. King from King Homes and Land realty, LLC when we looked at our first property. Ms. King assisted in our search and provided us with several leads. After looking at several properties we found the right one in Fruita and Ms. King provided great assistance in making the initial offer which was accepted by the seller. Her assistance and looking out for our interests were exemplary and show us what being a realtor is really about. She was always available, at which times is hard to do, and made sure all the paperwork was correct according to realtor standards.
