Sandra Leiva

Sandra is a native Washingtonian; and began her real estate career over 16 years ago. Prior to real estate, she worked in the legal field. She attended George Mason University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice with a minor in Sociology.

Her work in the legal field is where Sandra gained the valuable training and experience in negotiating contracts and settlements. This experience has crossed over into her practice of real estate. Sandra provides her clients with superior customer service. She makes her clients' experience enjoyable and rewarding by first listening carefully to their needs and goals. Her clients range from first time home buyers to the area premier builders and developers. Sandra’s solid partnership with CIMA Design and Build ensures she has an extensive knowledge of design, renovation, and new construction, giving her an advantage when working with clients.

She currently resides in Mclean with her husband, and their son, and has also spent many years living in Washington, DC, and Clarendon. Sandra enjoys traveling and taking long family drives. She is licensed in Washington, DC, and Virginia.
