As my wife and I “were” first time homebuyers, the process can be a little daunting. But the stress and anxiety was quickly relieved working with Darcy Smith and Sandra Lucas. They were informative, patient, and were attentive to our needs. It was clear that they understood what they were doing, and understood how important it is to buy a home. Their professionalism, empathy, and helpfulness led my wife and I to our first home! I am also a veteran, and they clearly understood the VA process, and made it very streamlined. Sandra has been the most reliable, honest and hard working agent. I had another agent lined up before you and I felt like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. When I switched to working with Sandra that all changed. She went far above and beyond what she needed to do I order to help get my home ready for the market and sold. She has incredible knowledge about the housing market, she knows what buyers are looking for and she’ll always keep it real with you which I appreciated every step of the way. If you aren’t using Sandra and your selling or buying agent you might want to second guess yourself.

Jennifer and Sandra gave us the best buying experience we could have hoped for. Jennifer was very diligent about finding new homes for us to take a look at, and was super responsive to all of our questions at all hours of the day. I felt a little overwhelmed finding an agent initially, because I wanted to make sure I found someone I could trust. Jennifer never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable with, and would point out negatives to a house we may have missed. It really felt like we were house hunting with a friend who had our best interest in mind, but with the added experience and knowledge of a Realtor. If I ever win the lottery (fingers crossed!) and decide to buy a new house or sell this one, I know I can trust Jennifer and Sandra to take care of things.

Buying and selling at the same time can be challenging, especially when one depends on the other. I feel so lucky that we stumbled across Lisa Chavez. She lives with her family in Brentwood so she is intimately familiar with the area and has a ton of "inside" knowledge about the community. She really understood our needs and went above and beyond to deliver. We are not local and after getting out-bid on some houses, we were getting frustrated. We saw a house we liked online and she went that same day to do a full video tour for us since we weren't able to travel up that quickly. Once we got in escrow, we encountered numerous issues with repairs, etc and she went to bat for us every single time. She made a stressful situation so much easier and I could always count on her to respond immediately (usually within minutes) to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Lisa!
