For Sandy, real estate and architecture have always been a lifelong passion. Her family owned a residential design-build firm, and Sandy learned early on how simple changes can increase the value of a property and has a natural eye for seeing the potential in any property.

In addition to her home building and remodeling background, Sandy is an Accredited Staging Professional® and brings her knowledge and experience of interior design to her sellers to ensure they receive top dollar for their homes. She believes professional staging is essential to meet modern buyer’s expectations.

A licensed Realtor® since 2004, Sandy has represented hundreds of clients with the purchase and sale of their homes throughout San Diego. She often refers to herself as a matchmaker as her vast knowledge of San Diego’s unique communities, allows her to match her clients in their perfect home in a neighborhood that fits their lifestyle.

Whether working with first time home buyers, growing families, or savvy investors, Sandy believes that every client, at every price point, deserves a full-service luxury real estate experience. She goes above and beyond for her clients and understands the importance of developing a strategic marketing plan and maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Sandy has earned numerous sales and service awards throughout her career, including the Union-Tribune Circle of Excellence Award 2017-2019. Her experience extends to corporate relocation, residential and commercial representation, and design and home staging. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and remains very active in her local community.

Sandy’s appreciation for architecture and world cultures has inspired her and her family to travel to 54 countries, so far. She and her husband love recreating exotic meals at home in their spare time and trying new local restaurants.
