About Sandra
The real estate landscape changed dramatically with the market crash of 2007-2008. In response, Sandy and her husband, Randy, took a transformative four-year sabbatical in Panama, residing in the picturesque mountains near the Costa Rican border. This sabbatical provided them with a unique perspective and a chance to recharge. As the U.S. market began its recovery, Sandy returned to Florida, where she was drawn to the rich history and pristine waterways of Putnam County, as well as its proximity to St. Augustine and other amenities.
Upon her return, Sandy joined Watson Realty in East Palatka, where she enjoyed a successful 11-year tenure. During this period, she excelled as an independent agent and, in 2017, co-founded “The Fields Group” with Chris Fields. Under their leadership, the team experienced remarkable growth, attracting additional agents and ultimately transitioning to IHeart Realty Inc. in 2024.
Outside of her professional achievements, Sandy is an active community member. She has been involved with the Palatka Women’s Club and contributed to various local organizations. An avid quilter, Sandy is a familiar face at the local quilt shop, Miss D’s on St. Johns Avenue, and her quilts are often featured in the annual quilt show sponsored by the shop.
Sandy's journey through the real estate industry, her community involvement, and her passion for quilting reflect her dedication and love for her work and the people she serves.

Sandy impresses me with how hard she works and always answers her phone! I highly recommend her!

The quality that I appreciate the most with Sandy is her availability. Whether she calls you back, texts or emails, you’re not going to wait long to hear from her. That was important to my husband and I while we were searching for some property to build a home. When we had questions about particular property she throughly researched all aspects and we always felt that we received complete transparency with Sandy, whether we liked the news or not. When you meet Sandy the first thing you’ll notice is her approachability, then after talking with her you’ll be grateful for her sincerity and integrity. I never understood the concept of having just one realtor that you could always turn to (even after a completed purchase) with questions, problems or help until I met Sandy. GJR
