Sandy was nothing short of fantastic!

She recently helped my wife and I purchase our very first home. We are incredibly grateful that we had Sandy to meet with us, answer our questions and make an otherwise stressful process feel easy.

She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She is easily accessible and quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. If you’re looking for a home, I highly recommend giving Sandy a call. She’s the best!

Sandra Stevens is a phenom when it comes to locating the perfect home for her clients. In the past I have worked with agents that are concerned with the sale more than their clients needs. This wasn't my family's experience with Ms. Stevens. She actually worked tirelessly to find a property that could accommodate my disabled mother, was in a great part of my county's school district for my daughter, was something I could afford, and also has some very amazing other features.

A very short story that may put my experience in perspective. Ms. Stevens took my family out to view a few perspective properties. One property was too small for my family to fit comfortably in. However, my daughter fell in love with this little creak that was on the rear of the property. Ms. Stevens actually found another property that had a similar water feature. We ended up purchasing that house.

As an aside, after our contract was accepted Ms. Stevens STAYED in contact with us almost every day just to let us know that she cared. She is truly more than just a realtor..... she is just an amazing individual.
