Sandra Tobin

Sandy Balzer Tobin of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Needham has earned the designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute, conferred upon her by Massachusetts Association of Realtors. The GRI designation signifies 90 hours of advanced real estate education. The curriculum includes subjects such as residential construction and design, listings, law, finance, ethics, management, the appraisal process and taxation. Realtors who have passed the GRI examinations are recognized as having attained one of the highest professional levels in residential real estate. Tobin is a native of Needham and a lifelong resident. She is active in the community, having served on countless volunteer boards and committees in addition to being an elected Town Meeting member from Precinct C for 25 years. Prior to her career in real estate, Tobin was Executive Editor of Suburban World Newspapers, a chain of papers which included the Needham Times.
