Sandy Tower is an experienced realtor who helped guide me through the process of buying a condo as well as selling my existing home. It was comforting to have Sandy “in my corner” during this process. She was there to help me with the big stuff – placing a bid on the condo, determining a fair, mutually agreed upon price of my home, and staying on top of every step along the way. She also helped me with the “small stuff” (which really isn’t small!) – how best to present my home for sale, suggesting tradesmen for any services needed, and being there to answer my many questions. Sandy’s familiarity and fondness of Rockford is important when buying and/or selling in the area. I am happy to recommend her as a professional and responsive realtor who, in my opinion, has your best interest at heart.

Sandy adapted well to new COVID-19 guidelines during our recent house sale. Listing was done quickly and thoroughly and Sandy even helped stage it for a VERY fast sale. She took care of all the real estate transaction details and was pleasant to work with. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sandy!

Sandy was amazing to work with. Even before we signed an agreement she was a helpful and valuable resource. Many years ago I moved from Illinois and I had been renting my previous home for about five years. Tired of the landlord headaches, I called Sandy to get her professional opinion of what work needed to be done before I could list the house. Sandy provided a detailed list of recommendations as well as contact information for local businesses that could help complete the work. Invaluable to me since I was trying to manage this from out of state.

When the house was ready, I made the decision to list with a different company because they offered lower commission fees. What a mistake! My house was listed on MLS for four months and we had only one showing I learned lower fees can mean low or no service. Once again I called Sandy for help. Should I continue to lose money waiting for it to sell? Out of desperation I was considering the landlord route again. Sandy was confident the house would sell.

I signed with Sandy and she immediately took action. She scheduled an open house the first weekend she had the listing and did some staging. We had an offer from the first open house! There were many challenges along the way due to issues discovered at inspection. Sandy plowed right through and addressed each obstacle in such a professional manner, keeping me informed at every turn. I had complete confidence in Sandy, but with a highly ethical approach to her business she made no decisions without my approval. I appreciated her commitment to selling the house and was confident things were being handled properly so I didn't need to waste time traveling back.

I highly recommend Sandy as a dedicated, professional realtor who, without a doubt, goes above and beyond for her clients.
