Sandra Ware

Sandra Ware has been a Delaware REALTOR since 1997 and is a Land & Investment specialist. As a 4th Generation Delawarean, her primary responsibility is to her clients, protecting them in all real estate dealings, offering her local knowledge and expertise, guiding them through the buying/investing process. By staying on top of local issues, regulations and legislation through Public Policy committees and the State and County ruling bodies, she keeps a watchful eye out for her client’s best interest, being in the know with any private property rights issues that could adversely affect customers. She is proud to have been a legacy Grubb & Ellis Vice President of Land Development, and was formerly associated with Newmark Knight Frank, the International Commercial Investment Firm.
