Hiring Sandra to sell our house was our best decision in the whole process. She is extremely knowledgeable, great at replying, knows the market, has incredible insight and has a great team. I never felt like she was rushing us or pushing us. She knows just the right things to do at just the right time to get the most out of the listing. I had friends selling at the same time and their stories didn't match ours. I can't give her more than 5 stars but I would if I could! I am so pleased with our experience with Sandra and her team!

Sandra is a true real estate professional. She was amazing on our move from Oregon to Minnesota. With very short notice, she was able to accommodate our tight schedule and show us a wide area of towns. In a very compacted one and a half days we saw many homes in different communities, put in an offer, countered and found our new home. In our 60 years of marriage we have dealt with 6 realtors and our experience of working with Warfield Sandra puts her skills way above those of the others.
To begin Sandra gave us a detailed overview of sales of similar size homes in our general neighborhood which was very helpful in setting the sales price of our home. She also advised that since we were putting the house up for sale in July that there was history of slow down of prospect's interest after the July 4th holiday.
After each showing of our house, Sandra sent an email to the prospect's realtor asking what the prospect liked and disliked of the house's exterior and interior. Sandra kept us informed of these critiques and in a summary form, which was very helpful.
We eventually had two prospects that had visited the house twice and Sandra was not tentative in asking for an order. She sent out a notice that it was time to get bids and we did. One bid was at the asking price and the second bid was at an increase of $75K and willingness for the house to be rented to us for approximately 6 weeks after the closing date. Sandra negotiated a satisfactory rental price for the owner and us.
The closing date was established when we had to be out of town, so Sandra arranged an early time for us to go through the procedure and counseled us on all of the details.
Working with Sandra on the sale of our home was a very positive and comfortable experience. We would gladly recommend her to anyone who was looking for a realtor.

We recently utilized the services of Sandra Warfield of RE/MAX Advantage Plus to assist us in purchasing a new home and selling our existing home. Both transactions closed “without a hitch” and we attribute this to excellent guidance and assistance provided by Sandra throughout both transactions. We had just sold our cabin and were looking for a new home that could provide some of the benefits of “cabin life” combined with the convenience of living in the south metro close to family and friends. Sandra listened carefully to our needs and “wants” and found us the perfect place. She was also available to show us prospective properties and, once we found that “perfect place” she provided expert assistance in structuring an offer, negotiating a purchase agreement and closing the transaction. She did an equally impressive job when it came to selling our existing home. She assisted us in determining the “right price” to offer the property at and, once that was completed, she handled staging, preparation of outstanding marketing materials and offering the property for sale. We received multiple offers the first day that the property was offered for sale and Sandra provided excellent assistance in selecting and finalizing the best offer and closing the transaction. As mentioned, both transactions closed “without a hitch” and we attribute this to the professional and expert assistance provided by Sandra from start to finish. We would whole-heartedly recommend Sandra to anyone who is contemplating buying or selling a home and are really happy that we were fortunate to have her assistance in our recent transactions.

Sandra was our realtor for the sale of our house of 53 years. We contacted Sandra through a family connection. It was more than a year ahead of when we wanted to sell. We really didn’t even know when we might want to sell. That made no difference to Sandra. She was there for the whole time, from initial contact straight through to a problem free sale and closing. If you have a question, she is always available. If she is busy, she calls back amazingly fast. She always does whatever she says she will do and is always on time for any appointment. If you need furniture, lamps, wall art, or anything else to stage the house for showing, Sandra and her team will provide whatever is needed at no additional cost. Sandra was recommended to us by several close family friends. We were a complex case- first time homebuyers from out of state, during a PANDEMIC- and we were very picky about realtors. As an LGBT couple we also were nervous about finding a realtor who would be supportive and helpful to us. At a moments notice she was able to commute quite a distance on a Friday evening just so I could get in to see a house that was recently listed. And in the fast-paced market we are in today, that was huge! Its evident that she prides herself in her work and I have no doubt she can help find the right house for you.
