She knew all of the right questions to ask during each stage of the process – to me, to the seller's agents, the lender, etc. Sandra is incredibly professional and quite possibly one of the most detail-oriented people I've ever worked with. She was very communicative at each stage of the process, easy to reach, and took all of my home search needs into full account. As a first-time homebuyer, I had *a lot* of questions and was worried initially that the process would be a daunting one. Honestly, Sandra Wright is the best. I would never hesitate to use her in a heart beat if I had to do it all over again.

She will work very hard for you, and knows more in the realstate business that I know most of them think they know but they don't.

I had a complicated situation. I had another realtor that i signed a contract with thinking she had my best interest but she didn't.

Two months into trying to sell my house I was concern that I didn't have 1 person come through my house. I felt our house would sell itself because it was a nice house, and the price was within reason, for what we had to offer, and for what the houses in the neighborhood were priced at.

This was at that time, the market was really hot in July 2021. I had another house that I bought, so I wanted to sell this house before winter.

Two months into this other realtor
she tells me that she was going to pull my contact, and the sign in my yard. I was shocked because I wanted to have some time to talk about why my house isn't selling, and what we need to do to get it sold.

She did not want to work with me or answer any of my questions, so that is how Sandra became my realtor, and I was so glad she was.

Sandra will never leave you in the dark. I got updates daily. She was so easy to work with she is calm (but aggressive when she needs to be) , and very professional. You will get the sense right away when you work with her she is very passionate about what she does.

I trusted her fully. She was never to busy to talk to me, and never talked down to me. i knew without a shallow of a doubt she had my back, at all times.

When I signed the contract with Sandra, I had several offers immediately, and she sold my house soon after.

Sandra goes the extra mile in always staying in touch, checking up on you from time to time, if you need any help, and sending you Christmas/New Year card, even if you are an old customer. We would reach out to her at odd times, and she would always be available to answer any questions and provide guidance. She is very patient. We did see 20+ properties before we narrowed down to 2. Some days we saw 5-6 properties in one day, back to back. She was able to schedule a showing for us even at a very short notice. She is always very responsive. She even advised us on how to draft our offer so that we have the best chance of winning. If you want someone who is on your side, looking out for you, and has your best interest, and wants you as a life-long customer, look no further than Sandra. Not having any experience with home maintenance, Sandra also provided her own contacts to us that she uses for regular upkeep of her properties.

Sandra is the perfect realtor for busy professionals and first-time home-buyers. She came highly recommended by a trusted friend and we couldn’t have been more impressed with her.

We weren’t easy clients: we have inflexible schedules and a small child, but she was able to work around our schedules so that we were able to see a plethora of homes and neighborhoods to really get an idea of what we wanted.

Through the process, Sandra was a wonderful communicator and facilitator. She was incredibly patient and encouraging in finding us the perfect home, while also keeping us mindful and focused on our timeline, so that we were able to get everything accomplished on time, even when COVID-19 shut the city down.

I met Sandra Wright during an open house in West Town in 2018. Although I didn’t buy this particular unit, Sandra went above and beyond to help me buy my first condo. She did not challenge my budget, neighborhoods of interest, or timeline. Nor did she try to insert personal bias, like other realtors I've encountered. Rain or shine, and in the freezing cold, Sandra was dedicated to meeting my needs as we explored dozens of units together throughout Chicago. She was always available to schedule viewings, always punctual, and usually had already seen units in the buildings I was interested in. During viewings, Sandra knew the right questions to ask, and was savvy interacting with the sellers' agents, identifying any red flags in the process. She has a sixth sense gauging units for sale, being able to forecast how quickly a given condo may go under contract, providing me with another edge in the buying process. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a move, and I was assured that my judgments were mine alone and not influenced by any realtor.
