We had used Sandro for the purchase of our home a couple of years ago, and when we were ready to sell, he was the first and only person that came to mind to handle such a major move for us. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process, and the value he and his team brought was immediately evident. After the first weekend of open houses, we had a couple of offers that weren't right for us, and Sandro continued to show our house. He was able to drum up interest and had two families competing for our home, and after discussing both offers in detail with Sandro, we chose the one we felt most comfortable with after hearing his insight on the details. A hiccup or two along the way as can be expected with any home sale, we closed less than 30 days later, Sandro always being there for me to talk me off the ledge.
