About Sandy

Sandy Davenport is a lifelong resident of the Bull Shoals Lake area. She spent the first 14 years growing up in Bull Shoals where her family ran many businesses. They later moved to a farm in the Flippin area. Sandy graduated from Flippin High School and attended college in Russellville, then later in Mountain Home. In 1987, she married her husband, Tony Davenport. They have two children, a son, and a daughter, that they raised in the Yellville area. She spent several years in the banking industry while her husband ran his own construction company, Premier General Contracting, LLC.

Sandy has a passion for selling real estate and mostly selling the area she is so fortunate to live in. She looks forward to meeting new people and introducing them to the area and to the lakes, creeks, and rivers.

She also enjoys helping first-time home buyers and walking through the process of getting their loan and buying their home. In her spare time, Sandy spends every minute she can with her children and granddaughter. She also loves to garden, can food, and if there is enough time, she enjoys floating the Buffalo River, Crooked Creek, or the White River.
