Selling a house with the Sold by Sandy Team was an excellent experience. I was worried about selling a house, expecting lots of work and expense. Sandy Deaton gave me the small list of essentials to address and eased my mind about leaving certain items untouched. She had great recommendations for who to hire for the work. The house was ready quicker than I thought with very low expense. We had two offers the first day it was on the market. Sandy helped us compare the offers to determine which to select. The closing was easy with no surprises. I highly recommend this team and would use them again if I buy or sell.
