Sandy Epstein has been a real estate professional Licensed in Florida and Georgia for over 20 years. Her experience in the 55+ market has placed Sandy in the top 1% of agents for sales & volume. In 2014 Sandy was named Salesperson of the Year during the 34th annual Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. She was honored with a Gold OBIE which recognized her excellence in sales and marketing, and her success in the 55+ community marketplace. In 2016 she was recognized globally & honored with a top 7 in North America for sales volume in the 55+ marketplace. Sandy is well-established and a high achiever. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Sandy ran a successful design business in Florida. Her work with architects, builders, and developers manifested her passion to enter into selling Real Estate. She is Proficient at negotiating, marketing and is able to find the sense of balance between emotions, budget and property interests, using a results-driven approach that is customized to fit each client base. She maintains Licensure in Florida and Georgia.

Sandy consults with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates; this experience makes her effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, and remodeling projects for residential use. Her experience includes decorating and staging homes to meet and exceed the seller’s price point.
