Sandy was good at showing homes and going over the details of a home. She is very friendly and will show you what you want to see. Sandy can work on being a little tougher in the contract negotiating/advocating stage for the buyer (this the 4 stars). Let no one intimidate you, you are good at what you do and stand firm in it whether you are the buyer agent or seller agent.

Sandy was great, she understood what we were looking in a house and the price range that was in our budget. She sent us new listings daily and would go out her way to view the property and facetime us since we we out of the area. Sandy has outstanding professionalism, and patience, we were in no way easy clients. Even though we had backed out of a couple deals Sandy did let us go to find us the perfect home. I would highly recommended Sandy.
