To say Sandy is the best is an understatement. I have seen firsthand how having a connected and in the know realtor makes a huge difference.

The market (2021) is insane. Which was great when we were selling. Sandy explained the process, the costs in selling, and little tweaks to make our home look great in pictures. She was open, honest and promptly answered my many questions. She provided feedback on all showings and thankfully we sold in 1 day over asking.

Buying was a little trickier. We put in multiple offers over asking and were not getting contracts. Sandy kept me calm and gave us the guidance we needed to be more competitive. Then, she found us our dream home. It met all our requirements and even had things we really wanted but weren’t required.

Once under contract, communication continued to be excellent. Sandy and her team walked us through step by step. I highly recommend Sandy and Grassmuck realty and will be sending all my friends and family to her.

Educated, experienced realtors that work with you and your family’s needs! Moving to the city we weren’t sure what we wanted exactly or what to expect when buying our first home. Sandy and her team made it super easy to understand what we really wanted in a home and how to get it for what we were approved for. My wife is a teacher and we had to get the home before the summer ended and we closed with time to decorate and relax in our new place! Wouldn’t have done it any other way!

Audra was amazing. She worked really hard and was extremely organized. Was able to work with my husband and I’s crazy time restraints and showed scheduled us all the houses (there was a lot) in a short amount of time.
