Sandy moved to San Francisco from the East coast in 1995 and she has lived in San Francisco ever since. She has two boys who talked her into getting two dogs. She loves being outdoors and often walk her dogs in Noe Valley, to Dolores Park or Glen Park Canyon. She has been practicing Hot Yoga for over 20 years, three times per week and she also a certified hot yoga instructor. She finds that the meditation of the practice, the focus and patience it requires, translates into her work as a realtor as well. Prior to real estate, she worked in Healthcare which gave her many of the skills she uses daily: connecting with people, managing projects, negotiating contracts and most importantly, an understanding and ability to help people in stressful situations. To feed that desire to connect with and help people, she volunteers visiting the elderly, mentoring young girls and with Sidewalk Talk.
Sandy brings honesty, integrity and open communication to all of her real estate endeavors. From the first meeting, she listens to what her clients need and want. By listening to her clients down to every last detail, she is able to create a unique strategy tailored specifically to each individual client’s goals. She provides guidance and market knowledge to help clients hone in on what is most important to them, and she has the patience and experience to know that sometimes that takes time, and sometimes it changes as they go through the process.
Sandy understands the stress of purchasing or selling a home; by maintaining a calm, patient, responsive and positive attitude, she is able to provide a truly supportive approach to real estate. To ensure a smooth transaction, she will be there every step of the way, from scheduling and attending inspections, acting as a liaison with other parties involved in the transaction, addressing concerns, negotiating on your behalf and providing guidance and resources.
