Sandy Jordan

As part of the Chappelear & Associates team, Sandy Jordan is the Director of Operations responsible for assisting in the day-to-day tasks associated with every seller and buyer. She is the listing manager, coordinating numerous listing aspects including paperwork, signage and photography. Her goal is to get your home listed and under contract as quickly as possible by managing the transaction in an organized fashion to ensure a stress-free experience from start to finish. She is a Licensed Realtor/Broker Associate and can show a property or write a contract when needed. Sandy has a genuine desire to go above and beyond to guarantee your needs are always met.
