Sandy began her real estate career in 1977 after attending California State University in San Bernardino, California. She started her career as an agent with Walker and Lee Real Estate in Southern Californian. Sandy later practiced with Century 21 Real Estate and Merrill Lynch Real Estate in the 1980s. In 1981 Sandy became a broker and shortly thereafter established her home office and practiced independently as SC Jordan Management Company. While growing her business Sandy was also growing her family. She has two daughters and one son, Sandy also has eight grandchildren, the objects of her affection, ranging in ages from eight months to 27 years old. She was married to James Jordan for 45 years before he passed, after a short battle with cancer, in 2009. Jim was devoted to his students for 32 years as a successful school teacher.
Today, Sandy is a licensed broker, both, in California and Texas. With her background in finance and accounting, she is drawn to providing service to commercial investment clients. Her passion is to help young real estate investors get a foothold in starting their real estate investment portfolio, while providing her knowledge and expertise to her longtime clients, now friends.
