Sandy Kishton

Born in South Dakota, I grew up in Jacksonville and have lived in Florida most of my life. My husband and I relocated to Lake City in 1996 and purchased a second home in Saint Augustine in 2022. We love calling Florida home. We split our time between Lake City and Saint Augustine now, so I have expanded my service area to include both areas.

I didn't begin my Real Estate Career until 2003, but I've earned several designations to enhance my knowledge base along my journey. I have also served my local Board of Realtors as Secretary and President for numerous years. I was also nominated as REALTOR OF THE YEAR twice.

I was among the first in a class of 19 to earn the esteemed Florida Realtors Board Certified endorsement, and I recently completed my Certified Probate Specialist certification.

I make the time to stay involved in my community by serving several non-profit organizations and volunteering.

It's important to me to deliver an exceptional experience to someone who is making one of the most significant investments they'll make; for a place they'll make memories and take refuge at the end of a long day and also to consult with when it's time to move on from that place you've once called home.
