About Sandy

Sandy is a native of North Carolina and the wonderful memories of spending summers on the beach as a child and young adult prompted her move from the Atlanta area in 1986 to Wrightsville Beach. She quickly traded her Georgia real estate license for a North Carolina broker’s license and continued her real estate career at the beach.

A real estate marketing and sales position in Topsail Beach in 1988 changed her home address to Topsail Island, and 16 years later her knowledge of the market, integrity, and personal service to her clients has kept her at the top of production levels in the Topsail Island market.

Sandy is in involved in her community and served for six years on the board of the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS and as president in 2001.

Sandy has two children living in the Atlanta area and three (soon to be four) beautiful grandchildren that she visits as often as possible.
