Sandy Mariani has been our go to Realtor in my family for many years. Sandy was there for my wife and I when we bought our first home in 2014. When the time came to sell, we immediately called Sandy. We had the pleasure of working with Sandy and Samantha Otto on selling our home. Sandy and Sam were organized and made sure every single task that goes into selling a home was completed. Sam even helped us with staging! Our home sold right away and we were able to make a seamless transition into our dream home! Sandy and Sam are a Real Estate Dream Team! I am forever appreciative of the knowledge and guidance that they gave us.

My husband I had been looking without a realtor for more than two years for the right property. Within six months of contacting Sandy we were making settlement. Her experience, knowledge and contacts are EXTENSIVE! Her support staff in the office are fabulous and helped us through all the necessary steps of getting to and through settlement. Cannot say enough good things about Sandy and her team!
