After taking an early retirement from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, it was my goal to continue a career where I would be able to assist my clients with selling their homes with a maximum return or finding their dream home. I have been a Realtor for over nine years and have worked in the city of Austin and all the surrounding communities. I pride myself with offering exceptional customer service and am not opposed to showing buyers as many homes as needed to find their perfect home and explain the process as we proceed to closing. If a buyer needs assistance with being approved for a loan, I have relationships with the best mortgage loan lenders that are able to get buyers approved by thinking outside the box. Many Realtors have a reputation for being pushy and annoying and trying to get a buyer to purchase a home that they really can not afford. I have never been accused of being of being this kind of agent. I work 7 days a week and can be contacted 24 hours a day. I do not turn off my phone at 6:00. I have been involved in the Children's Miracle Network supporting Dell Children's Hospital and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society after loosing a sister to leukemia. I enjoy watching college football and the professional Texas football teams. Having been a state employee for over 20 years I am well informed of local, state and national politics since politics play such an important role in everyone's quality of life. Please let me be your Realtor.
