Sandy helped us in all aspects of finding a property on which we could build our new home. She is very professional and understood exactly what we were looking for in the area we wanted as her husband is the contractor who built our current home. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for either a new home to buy or a property on which to build their dream home.

My wife and I were all over the map as we tasked Sandy with finding a nice piece of land to build on or find us an existing house that met all of our needs. We ended up finding a beautiful piece of land to build on. Sandy stayed with us throughout the entire experience and answered all of our questions. We very much appreciated her knowledge and professionalism. Sandy knows her area very well and listens to your wants and wishes using this to find land and homes to look at. We very much enjoyed working with Sandy and while we are now in the building phase, she will check in periodically to see if we need anything. I will recommend her to anyone I run across looking for a home or land.

Sandy was wonderful to work with! She stayed in contact with us on various needs throughout our search for a property. She has an amazing knowledge of the area and market which made us comfortable choosing a property site unseen!
