Sandy Quattlebaum

Sandra Quattlebaums' journey in Real Estate is a second career to her, following a 30+ year career as a high school mathematics teacher. There are many skills which transfer nicely into life as a Broker/Realtor®: She educates her clients on the specifics of the housing market, develop and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers to better serve their needs, and prepare the market analysis to assist in pricing of listings and purchase offers. Sandra takes pride in making this process as smooth and rewarding as possible for all parties.

Following her first full year at Allen Tate she was honored as "Regional Rookie of the Year" for the company, and have achieved "Monthly Top Performer" and "Quarterly VIP" distinctions based on closed volume. Sandra has also been recognized with both the Master's and Chairman's Circle awards for listing and sales production, as well as the Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award. These awards have encouraged her to be a lifelong learner in the Real Estate business, seeking new ways to assist buyers and sellers effectively.
