Sandy Reeser and Devin Baldwin make up the mother-son team known as “Reeser Baldwin Homes”. Sandy spent most of her childhood in Roseburg, Ore where her family still runs an organic farm. In her spare time, she and her husband are avid campers, love kayaking, gardening and attending her grand-kiddo’s soccer games and school performances. 4 adult children, 2 grands, and a full-time business keep her life balanced, full and extremely blessed.

Born and raised in Portland, Devin has first-hand knowledge of NW Oregon from the downtown, city vibe with it’s amazing restaurants and music scene, the urban areas with their walkable, trendy arts districts, hide-away haunts and even the suburban culture of Portland with its “minutes to downtown and minutes to the beach and mountain” outdoor attitude. All of these places have touched Devin’s life over the last 30 plus years rooting him to Portland and its diverse culture.

In 2018 Devin took his customer service and management background to the real estate industry and helped launch Reeser Baldwin Homes with his mom Sandy. As a fully licensed Realtor, he has the drive and the experience to say, “this is normal”, and the calm presence to know when to say, “it’s all going to be okay and we’re fighting for you”.

Devin is an amazing father of two, trained professional chef, guitar player and all around great guy!
