Sandy Rubin

A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Sandy earned a Bachelor's in Economics and minored in Spanish. After owning and operating a Key Food Supermarket Franchise, he had the opportunity to enter the exciting world of music as an artist manager in Puerto Rico for six years managing careers of renowned Latin-American superstars. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to opening a recording studio. Owning various buildings and working with tenants gave him a window into the world of real estate. First he became a landlord, and eventually became a real estate professional in the ever changing global real estate economy.

Sandy's ability to take his time with clients and listen to their needs brings him much pride and success. He believes in bringing honesty to the table, and building long-lasting relationships with all his clients. His vast and extension knowledge of New York provides his clients an advantage to acquire the ultimate property.
