I cannot speak highly enough of Ms. Snyder. She was my agent in the procurement of a small house in Hagerstown for not a lot of money. It was a forclosure sale, but the bank owning the property was allowing no concessions or assistance in bringing the sale to fruition, and the lending organization was imposing hurdles at every turn of the head. Ms. Snyder was immediately on top of all of these events- and in some instances, even forsaw and remedied concerns before they became problems. Ms. Snyder was always warm and amiable, the connsumate professional, intemately familiar with even obscure points of real estate law and process, breezing the novice through all of the complexities of a simple transaction as this forclosure should have been.
