Ms. Stutz has been a licensed realtor since 1977 in Ohio then also in Florida since 1992, her education begin with schooling from Sinclair community college for Real Estate Practice, Law and Management and continued thru the years with The Disney Institute, Peak Performance in Sales and Service, Disney style.
