Sandy Whitlock

As a lover of the outdoors, Sandy along with her husband Dave, loves to spend her free time golfing, hiking and visiting the many beautiful beaches in the areas near their home. Sandy's other interests include photographing natural Florida and its wildlife, singing (Sandy sings at some of the local venues) and spending quality time with family.

Sandy’s real estate career began in 1998 in the small mountain town of Franklin, NC. Since then she has been licensed in multiple states and her knowledge of real estate practices has grown exponentially. After obtaining her real estate license, she also obtained her Home Staging certification to better service her sellers in the ever-competitive real estate market.

Though she considers herself more of a consultant than a sales person, Sandy believes in an aggressive, but honest approach to selling real estate. She puts her clients first and strives for success through listening and seeking first to understand the needs of her clients, advising and educating and utilizing up-to-date marketing techniques and technology.

She prides herself on her expertise of the current market, her focus on the selling and buying process, and how to avoid potential pitfalls along the way.
