Sara E. Catlett is the Broker/ Owner at United Country Real Estate, Catlett Land Company, LLC in Alva, Florida.
As a 4th generation Floridian, Sara was born in Boca Grande, a small island in Southwest Florida. With a strong love for horses, which were not allowed on the island, she was determined to have horses someday. At the age of nine, the opportunity for her family to live on a working ranch and hunting preserve was a dream come true for Sara.
Sara has over 25 years of real estate sales experience and holds a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation which prepared her to serve clients at a higher level through protecting their financial interests in contract negotiations. She also earned the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist Certification (CPRES) that provides Sara with the expertise needed to assist personal representatives and attorneys in settling the real estate portion of estates. Sara has completed the coursework for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.
Sara is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, The National Association of Realtors®, and studies at Florida Gulf Coast University. She currently resides in Alva, Florida near the Caloosahatchee River on a gentleman’s ranch with a citrus grove. Personal interests include horseback riding, hunting, wildlife photography, fly fishing, biking, boating, and travel.
