I was needing to sell my house in Sanford Florida. My son and daughter-in-law recommended Sara Cruz. They had very good results with finding their house with Sara's help. My daughter-in-law's parents have also had a very good experience finding their new property with Sara. I was able to sell my house in less than six weeks and I am very very happy. Sara is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. It didn't matter what questions I had during the process she was very good at getting back to me quickly with the answers. Iwould definitely recommend Sara Cruz to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home. She is amazing!!!

My husband and I were working with a realtor that we were not happy. So we decided to start looking on our own, that's when we stumble across an open house event one weekend and met Sara Cruz who was showing the home at the time. She was very polite and inviting. We started conversing and expressing to her our needs and wants. She started working immediately that same exact day to find us what we were in the market for and we were able to view a few available home that same day. She was very patient ,professional, efficient honest and most of all very attentive to our requests. We have her to thank for currently being in a home that we love and are comfortable in. We can proudly say we found a long term realtor and recommend her to friends, family and whoever needs that special attention to finding their dream home.
