Sara Ivie

Sara joined Carpenter Realtors in 2016 and joined forces with Carpenter’s highly successful and experienced Heald Team in 2017. With her strength in character and attention to detail, Sara prides herself on providing quality service to her clientele. Her favorite remark made from a client is, "We're glad we have someone to work with that we can trust."

From eastern Washington State originally, Sara got into riding and showing horses at age 11 when her family lived in Texas. Moving to Indiana and graduating from Owen Valley High School, Sara has lived everywhere ranging from country property with animals to subdivisions in town. Her multiple moves across country and within Indiana help give her perspective and empathy for what her clients are experiencing.

Sara graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Geography. She has worked for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management doing stream water quality testing, the Indiana Department of Transportation writing environmental documents, County Saddlery as a sales person and saddle fitter in the equine industry, and now for you as your dedicated REALTOR®.

Sara is fortunate enough to have her immediate family located nearby, and consuming much of her free time is Mikey, her redheaded thoroughbred who is full of mischief and personality.
