I grew up in Guayaquil, Ecuador, with my two brothers. As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming an interior designer because I loved creating warm, beautiful spaces. That dream grew into something bigger—a passion for business and helping others. For 20 years, I worked hard, moving up from a management assistant to an important role in a big home product company. Life was stable, and I felt proud of what I had built.
Then everything changed when my family and I moved to the United States for a better future.
Starting over was not easy. When I arrived in this country, I spoke very little English. I went from managing businesses to working as a server in a busy restaurant. It was humbling. At times, I felt lost and frustrated. We lived in a small apartment in Clearwater, holding on to one truth: we would rise together. I wanted more for my husband and our three kids, but I didn’t know where to start.
One day, I asked myself, “What if I could use my passion for helping people in a new way?” That question led me to real estate. I took a leap of faith, got my license, and began this new chapter in Manatee County.
Now, I dedicate my career to helping families across the Manatee-Sarasota area turn dreams into reality. I focus on helping people achieve what many believe is impossible: owning their dream home. Time and time again, I’ve seen how myths and misinformation hold people back. My mission is to change that. I educate, guide, and walk alongside my clients so they can see what I already know: it’s possible, and often in less time than they imagine.
The joy of this work is indescribable. Seeing the look on my clients’ faces when they hold the keys to their first home, the happiness, the relief, the pride, that is my greatest reward. Every negotiation, every detail, every step of the process, I fight for my clients as if it were my own family. Because for me, this isn’t just a transaction; it’s a life-changing moment, and I am honored to be part of it.
Helping others achieve their dream of homeownership isn’t just my job; it’s my calling, my purpose, and my greatest blessing.
I help first-time Hispanic homebuyers overcome credit and down payment myths to achieve their dream home in less time than they think. Are you ready to make that dream yours? Let’s start today.
