Ms. Mullis looks out for her clients best interests, and walks them thru the house hunting process, explaining rules, laws, and contracts, for example. Sara Mullis was the buyer's realtor and I was the seller of the house purchased by her client. I wish we had listed with Sara rather than the realtor we chose. Sara Mullis provided the support, information necessary, and professionalism a person needs when undertaking the purchase or sale of a home. She was available and helpful to me, the seller, even though she was representing the buyers. In addition, Sara followed up often to assure this home sale transaction went off without a hitch.
