The very best thing about Sara is Sara. Realestate can be tricky and most definitely frustrating and Sara is such a lovely combination of an absolute professional, resourceful, knowledgable and total REAL person. She's a super person with an honest and talented brain. It makes a difference to work with someone with sharp intuition so that even those times when you can't articulate your thoughts, she's got ya. I think the process of buying, selling or renting a home is a lot less stressful with a gal like Sara to shepherd you through.

Working with Sara Smith to sell our house and buy a new house was a wonderful experience. Sara was available and responsive every step of the way and always had time to answer our calls and texts when we had questions along the way. Selling one’s home and buying a new one can be a stressful and overwhelming experience (in the best of times, and this was during the COVID pandemic!) but Sara helped make the process as painless as possible. We felt supported and confident every step of the way and could not have done it without her!

Sara helped me with buying my first house! It's a pretty daunting process but Sara did a wonderful job of helping me through each step of the process and answering my many questions. With the market being so competitive, Sara will waste no time getting an offer in for you, she even put an offer in for me the day before she was leaving for vacation. That's dedication! She is also super patient and understanding while I looked at many properties before finding the one. Sara is an enthusiastic and dependable realtor. Throughout the entire process, she provided constant feedback for each step of the process and made herself available whenever we wanted to see a house, needed questions answered, or had any other issues.
Sara provided honest feedback to us when deciding which house to buy. She was respectful of our price point and we never felt pressured to search outside our means.

Sara was very helpful, as we were first time homebuyers trying to navigate the whole process in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available to answer questions, and kept us in the loop as state restrictions on real estate changed due to the virus. She was super friendly throughout the whole process. Sara was incredible throughout every step of the home buying process. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better buyer’s agent. She was there to guide me through each step of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. Even if there was something she was unsure of, she was great at tapping her resources to find the answers I needed.

Sara was communicative, down to earth, and made herself readily available. Most importantly, she was great at helping me find a house at my own pace with no pressure to make any choices that I wasn’t prepared to. I couldn’t recommend her enough as a buyer's agent.

Sara was a great help during our move to the Philadelphia area. We were coming from out of town so she was able to give local insight and suggestions based on our abstract criteria and guided us to the perfect home. Se was responsive and helped us with lots of the leg work. I'd recommend anyone considering a move to work with Sara.
